Multi-Day Rentals & Early Pickup Policy

We offer multi-day rentals! Simply complete your online reservation, then send us a text letting us know you'd like to extend your rental. We'll update your reservation and provide the total cost. Early Pickup: Our rentals are daily rentals, not 24-hour rentals. Pickup and return are available during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We do not offer pickup the night before your rental. If you have an early morning event scheduled before 8:00 AM, we may be able to accommodate an earlier pickup for a rush fee, subject to staff availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

How much does it cost and what's included?

Just $35 for a full day — that's it. No hidden fees, no hourly meters running. Other St. Pete rentals charge $25/hour or up to $80 for a full day. At Jack's Shack your $35 includes your premium paddle board, paddle, hand pump, leash, fins, and Coast Guard-approved life jacket. Neatly packed into an 18 x 36 backpack. It's the best value on the water in all of Pinellas County.


What if the weather is bad on my rental day?

If severe weather forces you to cancel before your rental, we'll gladly issue a rain check at no additional cost. If you've already picked up your paddle board and bad weather cuts your trip short after less than 3 hours of use, we'll also issue a complimentary rain check so you can come back and enjoy the full experience on a better day. No extra cost. No hassle. We want your day on the water to be perfect—not stressful. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible — especially on weekends and holidays when boards go fast. St. Pete summers are busy and availability fills up quickly. Don't wait until the day you want to go and miss out. Two minutes to book online now saves the disappointment later.

Where do I pick up and return my board?

Everything happens at our location in St. Petersburg. Pick up your board, paddle, hand pump, leash, fins, and life jacket — and you're off. Return everything back to us by 8pm. We're open 7 days a week so there's never a bad day to get on the water in St. Pete.
